How do I cancel my subscription? 

To cancel your subscription, please email us at subscriptions@dreamthemeeventsllc.com with your first & last name and reason for cancelling. All subscription cancellations must be made by the 10th of the month. If a cancellation is received after the 10th, you will be charged for the current month and your subscription will end the following month.

 

ALL SUBSCRIPTION PLANS EXPIRE AT THE END OF THEIR TERM. IF LOOKING TO CONTINUE RECEIVING YOUR MONTHLY DREAMER BOX ALONG WITH ALL PERKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE VIP SUBSCRIPTION CLUB, PLEASE RESUBSCRIBE FOR A NEW TERM. A REMINDER EMAIL WILL BE SENT WHEN YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS APPROACHING EXPIRATION

What is the refund policy?

All orders are non-refundable, so please reach out to us with any questions prior to purchasing at subscriptions@dreamthemeeventsllc.com

 

When will I be charged for my Little Dreamers subscription box and membership club?

You will be charged on the day that you first subscribe, and then on a recurring basis on that same date each month until cancelled. There is no minimum term required. Please see the return & refund policy tab for all questions regarding membership/subscription cancellations.

 

When will I receive my Little Dreamers Box?

Subscription boxes ship around the 20th of each month so you will receive them in time to start the next month! For example, “March Kits” would ship around February 20th and arrive to you before March 1st!

If your order is not placed by the 10th of the month, you will not receive your first box until the following month. Example: You place your order on February 16th, you will not receive the March box and your first box would be delivered the following month
